Once an order or project is confirmed and work has begun, refunds are generally not applicable, as our team invests time, effort, and resources into personalized research and writing. However, if a cancellation is made before the work has started, or if there has been a genuine technical or transaction error, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

In case of any dissatisfaction with the service quality, clients are encouraged to contact our support team immediately. We will review the issue and, wherever possible, offer revisions, modifications, or alternative solutions to meet your expectations before considering a refund. Refunds are only applicable in cases where Shigojah Degree Wallah fails to deliver the committed service within the agreed timeline and where sufficient proof of non-delivery is provided.

If a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase. Please note that refunds will not be issued for delays caused by incomplete client information, lack of cooperation, or communication gaps.
